Welcome to Pokemon 1999's Base-Neo Point Buy League!

We host month long leagues for Base-Fossil, Pokemon TCG GBC (Switch), and other 1999-2000 WOTC era formats (and some fun custom formats!) Participation is always free! Matches are played over webcam and proxies are allowed. Each round is typically a week long to allow flexible scheduling with opponents.

For this tournament we use the Hareruya Point Buy List, available on the following link. Though, we allow only the cards printed in English, so no Vending Sheet cards etc are allowed.
