RULES

1. Platform: Pokemon TCG Live.
2. Timer: ON for Swiss, OFF for Top Cut.
3. Decklists: Open lists. Submit before R1.
4. Check-in: 5 min per round. Miss = game loss.
5. Swiss: Best-of-1, 30 min. Rounds based on count after R1. Time called: If time is called, it's a tie. Swiss is not elimination.
6. Top Cut: Single Elim, Best-of-3, no timer. Game 2/3: Loser chooses who goes first.
7. No IDs: No intentional draws, except final Swiss round.
8. Disconnects: Judge's discretion. Early = restart. Mid to late = may be loss for disconnected player. If a restart happens, the disconnected player will auto lose if round timer runs out no matter board state.
9. Slow Play: Report to staff in Limitless immediately.
10. Top Cut First/Second: Higher seed chooses who goes first in Top Cut, but MUST type if he is going first or second in chat BEFORE the first game starts. If he does not type it before the first game starts, it will be chosen by coinflip and there will be no restart.
11. Staff Calls: TO decisions are final.
