Rounds will be 40 minutes - No additional turns unless tied on prizes

Any awarded penalty prizes will be drawn immediately

Any cheating will result in an immediate DQ

High Quality proxies allowed!

A high quality proxy is one that is clear, colored, and visible across the table. An example would be a full sized fake card or a printer cut out that is in full color. An unacceptable proxy would be a basic energy with "Uxie" written on it or a low quality black and white print out.

World Championship cards and foreign cards are also allowed. Just be sure to have a translation ready.

We will be using "Casual Azelf" rules. Meaning, if you Time Walk at all during your game, feel free to then pickup and look at your prizes when selecting them after a knockout. Please do not look at your prizes without having used Time Walk as that will result in a penalty.

If we have 33+ players, we will have 6 rounds with a cut to top 8. I expect this to be the case. If we have 32 or less, it will be 5 rounds of swiss, cut to top 4.
