VGC UU Circuit

Hey hey! We are the VGC UU circuit, using VGC rulesets with Smogon's usage based tiering. We change our formats alongside the current regulation and run tier shifts bimonthly! We largely run out of our discord server and plan on hosting a lot more tournaments!
